TaG’s aim is to help each child realise his or her creative potential in an environment that is stimulating and supportive and to provide each child with the opportunity to shine in a theatrical ensemble. The TAG process will enhance each child’s confidence, promote memory and presentation skills, stimulate the imagination, encourage co-operation with a group and broaden the mind..and as the children themselves will tell you – they are a lot of fun !! TaG Workshops incorporate music and movement, vocal exercises, poetry recital, role play, improvisation, drama games and mime -leading towards learning a script and giving a performance for friends and family each year.

The Workshops are led by Suzy Sampson who is an Actor, Director and Producer  with over 15 years experience in Theatre, TV, Film and Radio. Suzy trained at the London Academy of Performing Arts (LAPA) and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art  (RADA) in the UK, The Stella Adler Academy in New York and TVI Studios in Los Angeles. Suzy is also a qualified school teacher and past recipient of The New Zealand Times Teacher of the Year Award.
